A New Feature this year are a set of 5 Leaping Arches! This will be added to the July 4th Display which is scheduled to be put up on June 15th, 2008. The leaping arches are not a unique idea that I came up with. But, an idea that was given to me by Brad Boyink. I want to thank Brad for sharing his information and idea's on the construction of these arches.
Each arch will have a 7 sets of 35 lights (Total of 235) and will give an appears of leaping water. Currently, the rods have been fabricated and is in the final construction stages. Rods were constructed out of 3/8 (not 1/4) inch hot roll steal and where bent into an arch (see attachment). The rods will be painted white.
